Definitions

• "us," "we," "our" — PrinceStars Team and the owner of the PrinceStars products and services.
• "Visitor" — someone who merely browses the website or uses the App but has not yet registered a user account with PrinceStars.
• "Member / User / Customer" — an individual with a registered account with PrinceStars to use the products and services.
• "Service" — the collective functionality and features offered through our Website or various Apps to all users.
• "User" — a collective identifier referring to either a Visitor or a registered user.
• "Content" — all text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to download our software applications from the PrinceStars website or other related websites/web stores for your personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the PrinceStars website or any of our device application software available on third-party sites or installed on your devices;

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by PrinceStars at any time. Upon terminating your use of these materials, or upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded material or software in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Restricted Uses

The listing of products offered on the Website may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, copyrighted image, or other proprietary details (including images, text, page layout, or type) of PrinceStars without express written consent. You may not use meta tags or any other "invisible text" utilizing the PrinceStars name or trademarks without express written consent.

You agree not to sell or modify any content found on the Website — including, but not limited to, names of Users and Content — or to reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content, in any way, for any public purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of PrinceStars, in any manner likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits PrinceStars or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of PrinceStars' or its licensors' property, or that otherwise infringes PrinceStars' or its licensors' intellectual property rights. You further agree not to otherwise misuse the Content that appears on the Site. Use of the Content on any other website or in a networked computer system environment for any purpose is prohibited.

Your Account

To access some features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. Intellectual Property

Our Website/Application may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website/App does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks without the prior written permission of the corresponding owner.

Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any portion of our Website or software product is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Website or software product does not grant you ownership rights of any kind in our Websites/Applications.

Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
